The Pm's categorical statement in which he states that he would approach the IAEA for the approval. The statement also stated that the government had the number to prove majority even if the Left parties pulls out!
This statement has effectively pushed the fast forward button on the HIGH command of Left parties and, withdrew the support for the UPA.

It's interesting to know how all this drama is being played out while the PM is not in the country. I was watching UTVi yesterday, and when the reporters asked this question to the Left members, nobody really gave a convincing answer!
the government has decided to prove its confidence on the floor of the house on JULY 22....
only if the SP vote banks split...something really will change regardless....
